Office Manager, Give2Asia Beijing Representative Office

Office Manager

Office Manager will be responsible for managing overall administration of Give2Asia Beijing Representative Office, to ensure of the operation of Give2Asia Beijing Representative Office; and providing executive support for Chief Representative for China. Office Manager will report to Chief Representative for China.

Key Responsibility

I.Office Administration

To manage and handle office rent, office facilities and utilities, IT and computer maintenance, etc.;

II.Finance Management

To manage finance for Beijing office at daily bases; to manage and handle tax related for Beijing office; to work with Chief Representative for China on internal finance report to CFO and finance teams at G2A headquarter; to work with Chief Representative for China on Beijing Representative Office annual budget; to provide support on Give2Asia Beijing Representative Office annual finance auditing;

III.Human Resource Management

To manage and handle staff recruiting and resigning, to manage and handle staff social benefit package; to manage and handle staff manual and related right and benifits for Beijing Representative Office;

IV.Executive Support for Chief Representative for China

To provide support to Chief Representative for China to seek legal opinion from professional law firm or attorney when needed;

To provide support in managing the schedule of Chief Representatives for China on a regular basis; to provide assistance on meeting, travel arrangements, and any needed tasks assistance to Chief Representatives for China.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years’ working experience; working in departments of administration, human resources, or finance are preferred; experience in overall administration is a plus;

Holding Chinese Certificate of  Accounting Profession;

University degree required. Degrees in business or management, public management, accounting, political science, or related social science fields preferred but not required;

Professional, proactive, responsive, and timely verbal and written communication skills are required;

Advanced fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese;

Well-organized, self-motivated and able to manage multi-tasks with excellent quality in efficient working pace and dynamic environment;

Excellent skills on Microsoft Office are required.
