The HR and Admin officer is responsible for daily HR and Admin processes. The position works closely with employees and managers to answer questions, assist with issues and maintain high employee morale and satisfaction.
The HR and Admin Officer reports to the Human Resources Manager
Coordinate the interview process and ensure participants are effective interviewers
Administrate the on-boarding process for new hires, handling the required paperwork.
Assist with the salary adjustment process each year and maintain payroll changes in system timely
Assist in developing HR policies, procedures and processes that adhere to Chinese Labor Law and in alignment with organizational culture, vision and values.
Maintain personnel records and ensure confidentiality.
Company with building maintenance issue, specifically coordinating response to repairs, Supervise the building property management of security
Finish all the monthly reimbursements requests from company vendors, make sure submit reimbursement forms and pay our vendors on time.
Purchase stationary, computers, daily consumable for projects and company.
Deliver admin induction/training to staff as needed.
Other relevant works assigned by line manager.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor degree or equivalent, preferably in a related field: Human Resource Management, Business Administration, and organizational development.
At least 3 years experiences working across HR
Ability to be a responsive, positive and helpful resource to employee questions or concerns.
Conscientious and mature in daily work, particularly in dealing with sensitive or confidential matters; and has a high level of initiative and able to work independently and reliable.
