Job Description

Title: HR Manager (人力资源经理)

Reports to: HR Director

Location: Beijing

 

Major Function:

Reporting to HR Director, the Human Resources Manager guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for WWF China.

 

Main Responsibilities:

Ensures WWF China conforms with applicable HR related regulations and statutes as well as organizational procedures and policies.

Implementing HR programs and policies as needed by the organization.

Identifying, evaluating, and resolving human relations, employee morale, work performance, and organizational productivity concerns.

Support HRD to develop staffing strategies and implementing programs and plans.

Identifying and cultivating effective and appropriate sources for employees for all job levels.

Creating employee training and part of organizational development programs.

Responsible for the WWF annual performance management cycle.

Managing the HRIS and providing staff and directors with the essential reporting in order to help them in managing their employee resources.

Support HRD to maintain a healthy C&B system.

Insuring that every aspect of human resources incorporates the vision, values, and culture of WWF China.

Work closely with other HR team members on certain projects.

Other tasks assigned by HRD.

 

Skills and Specifications:

Ability to develop HR policy papers.

Experience on HR system is preferred.

Ability to think strategically, with solid problem-solving and business acumen skills.

Strong project management, time management, and communication skills.

Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Positive, willing to learn, creative thinking.

Excellent inter-personal skills, and team building skills.

Excellent ability to work cross teams.

Demonstrated proficiency with Ms Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

 

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years in a HR managerial position.

Ability to speak, write and read Chinese and English.

Proven Ability to develop HR programs and policies based on new business requirements.
