2008, The Chinese Tibetan “Community Library Chain” obtained funding from the Second Chinese Development Market, held by the World Bank, Ministry of Civil Affairs, and the State Council Leading Group Office of Povery Alleviation and Development.
2010, The Chinese Tibetan “Chinese Traditional Culture Promotion Seed Training Project” was selected for the Capitol Social Organization People's Livelihood Action, making the library one of the sixteen service organizations contracted by the government.
2011, The Chinese Tibetan traditional culture library personnel training research project was reviewed by a National Working Committee Group of Experts through the UNESCO Education for Sustainable Development project.
