Transparent Fish spans the United States and China, collaborating with NGOs, foundations, and universities to develop “transparent finances, transparent public service” organizations through application for partnership with our organization. We also provide the easy to learn, easy to operate “Little Sparrow Financial Publishing Tool-box” system and information disclosure networking platform. Transparent Fish Funds funding is not limited to project or activity expenses, but also includes administrative expenses.
