State Council “Suggestions” to promote public service public-private partnerships

On May 19th, the State Council passed the "Suggestions for Promoting Partnerships between Government and Social Capital in Public Service" (关于在公共服务领域推广政府和社会资本合作模式的指导意见) which was drafted by the Ministry of Finance, National Development and Reform Commission, and the People’s Bank of China.
