This training module was jointly produced by UNIFEM (the Women’s Fund at the United Nations), the European Commission and the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization. The module is divided into two units. The first unit contains an overview of gender analysis as a systematic way of identifying factors that contribute to gender inequality. The second unit offers an introduction to gender-sensitive indicators.
